Mushroom diet - a simple way to grow thin

British experts made an experiment with participation of 10 persons at the age of 25-61 years. In food allowance of half of them they included dishes from mushrooms. Volunteers had to to replace meat dishes with mushrooms 4 times a week.

As a result, it appeared that those who adhered to such dietary plan, lost on average 6 kg for 5 weeks. And one of volunteers got rid of 9 superfluous kg.

Dieticians explained: «Mushrooms, and in particular field mushrooms, possess a surprising property. They help those who wish to grow thin, and thus do not demand sweeping changes in food allowance».

Besides, mushrooms are rich with vitamin D. Only one portion of a mushroom dish can provide a human body with a daily dose of this vitamin.
